Course objectives:

Leg and Foot Anatomy: Participants will gain a detailed understanding of leg and foot anatomy, including bones, muscles, tendons and joints, in order to apply massage techniques accurately and effectively.

Leg and Foot Massage Techniques: The course will cover a variety of massage techniques specifically tailored to relax the leg muscles, stimulate circulation and reduce accumulated tension in this area. Techniques may include kneading, pressure, stretching and circular motions.

Therapeutic Massage for Specific Problems: Participants will learn how to apply massage techniques to address specific problems such as leg pain, swelling and other common ailments.

Use of Technologies and Accessories: The course will explore how technologies such as massage rollers, therapy balls and vibration devices can be integrated into massage sessions to enhance client relaxation and comfort.

Foot Reflexology Techniques: Participants will be trained in foot reflexology techniques known for their benefits on the whole body and for stimulating reflex points.

Tailoring to Client Preferences and Needs: The course will include training in communicating with clients to understand their preferences and tailor massage sessions accordingly.
